How's Your Vision

Vision is never about seeing the obvious. It's about looking ahead; about seeing what is not there yet. It's often about seeing the potential behind the obvious.

Like the potential in people. Spotting the potential for success in a student who, as is obvious to everyone else, will likely fail. Then in a great turn around see the same student recognize their abilities and transform themselves into a success. Many great people who did nothing great of even good early in life somehow got the vision and the latter half of their life was greater than the former. It's all about the vision.

We have the potential inside of us for something good to come from a situation or write it off as lost. If we want to see what is really going on, we will need to learn to spot what is not there, then act on it.

-Abraham had a vision.

-Moses had a vision.

-Daniel had a vision.

So did Jeremiah, Isiah, Ezekiel and many more. What you see with your eyes may not always be what God's vision is in your heart. It's up to you to make it complete.

So your eyesight may be perfect, but how's your vision?
