There is an eternity that awaits every person in this life. If a person has made preparations, then eternity will be a joyous and continuous blessing. However, if a person has not made preparations, then words can never describe what awaits such a person. The writer of Hebrews recalls some of the great people of the Bible, and while they were not mentioned by name, their faith is.
Verse 35 says that:
-Others were tortured.
-They would not accept deliverance.
-They will obtain a better resurrection

-It starts with the Lord Himself.
