He Cried Out

Isaiah 53:3 "A man of sorrow, and acquainted with grief."

The definition of the word "cried" is  to utter loudly; call out or to proclaim or announce in public. The Bible speaks clearly the Jesus cried out on several occasions. These are but a few of His cries that are recorded in His Word.

-He cried out as a Preacher.
Luke 8:8 "And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear."

-He cried out as a Benefactor.
John 7:28 "Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not."

-He cried out as a Teacher.
John 7:37-39"In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink."

-He cried out as a Life-Giver
John 11:43"And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth."

-He cried out as a Light-Giver.
John 12:44-46 "Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness."

-He cried out as a Sufferer.
Matthew 27:46 "And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"

-He cried out as the Savior.
Luke 23:46 "And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost."

-He cried out as the Victor.
Matthew 28:18 "And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."
