Lean Into The Wind

Life often throws us an unexpected storm storm. When it does we have two options"

-We can let it beat us and push us around, or...

-We can put on our rain coats, lean into the wind and push forward.

God gives us the power to beat the storm, if we work hard to stay on our feet.  Of course, there will be times when the wind will blow us back a few steps, as if we were carrying a heavy load, but when it lets up a bit, we’ll slowly make our way forward. Storms don’t last forever. They blow over, and the sun will come out. When it does, we’ll be able to sit back, relax, and maybe even laugh about what we've been through.

So we do have a choice when the winds of the world blow against us. We can lean into the wind or we can hide in a closet and hope it passes us by. I choose to lean into the wind because the storm won't last forever.
