Making Changes (Part 1)

Making Changes (Part 1)

Romans 12:1, 2 NKJV "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."

If you're facing pain and confusion over something you can't control, instead of distracting yourself from it began to collect something positive you can build on.  When you catch yourself in a negative state of emotional turmoil, learn how to overcome those emotions that had once dominated you.  It isn’t easy to change bad habits, but every tiny action makes it more manageable and keeps you on track.

Every painful season of life will ultimately change the trajectory of your life, gradually leading you into a successful personal development on making changes for good today. Pain will change your daily course of action or routine. The consistency of your routine makes you an expert of these courses of action, over time.

Psalm 61:8 NKJV "So I will sing praise to Your name forever, That I may daily perform my vows."

Are you willing to spend a little time every day making changes in your routine, when most people won’t, so you can spend the better part of your life like most people can’t?

Think about that question for a moment.  Let it sink in.  You ultimately become (an expert) at what you repeatedly do in life. And isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes, but when you look back everything is different?  That’s the power of a consistent daily routine. Remember, the little things you do every day occupy your attention, energy, and define you.

Many of the most significant results you achieve in life such as the accolades, relationships, love, lessons, and positive changes come from these little things. Regardless of your unique talents, knowledge, and life circumstances, or how you personally define success, you don’t suddenly become successful.  You become successful or an expert over time based on your routine.

So, what do your daily routines look like?
