Be Real (Part 6)

Matthew 6:34 “Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
We always think we have more time than we do.  But one day we will wake up and there won’t be any more time to work on the things we’ve always wanted to do.  At that point we either will have achieved the goals we set for ourselves, or we will have a list of excuses for why we haven’t.

So here are some important things about being real today that matter the most:

-Failures don't define you, just results.

Psalm 23:3 "He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Psalm 37:24 "Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand."

-Even if things didn’t unfold the way you had expected, don’t be disheartened or give up. You are an asset to God as long as there is breath in your body.

Psalm 150:6 "Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord."

Isaiah 55:8 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord."

-Take what you have learned and move on forward.

Psalm 51:6 "Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom."

The one who continues to advance one step at a time will win in the end because the battle is always won far away and long before the final victory.

It’s a process that occurs with small steps, decisions, and actions that gradually build upon each other and eventually lead to that glorious moment of triumph.
