Greatness

There is nothing wrong with people who have average lives and average accomplishments. Most of the good of the world is built on the combined efforts of everyday people. Yet, each of us should realize that we have the potential to do something above average if we put our heart and mind to it. At least once in our lifetime we should strive for some greatness. You see:

-If you are part of a relationship that is average, an added effort on your part could make it outstanding.

-If you do volunteer work, which is doing something wonderful, just a little more push might help you go far beyond your expectations.

-If you get behind a cause that is attempting something unique your effort may be the difference in reaching the goal.

-If the phrase, "I could never do that," has always stifled your dream, change your vocabulary and expect greatness to come to pass.

You will never know what you can do unless you raise your expectation and put forth the effort. If you attempt it and succeed, you just might accomplish something far more significant than you ever hoped for.

Yes, every one of us should strive to reach a little further today than we did yesterday. There is some greatness in each of us-you just have to find yours and achieve it.
